Returns, Exchanges and Guarantee
If you are not 100% happy, you can return your order for a full refund, less shipping charges, so long as:
1) The return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date
2) The return is received with 14 days of the delivery date
3) The returned product is unused, in the state you received them and in the original packaging
4) The item is not custom made (designed by you, monogrammed, logoed, etc.)
If the return is requested after 7 days, we will issue you a store credit.

We’re still a growing company, and we do not offer return shipping labels at this time. You can send your product back via a shipper of your choice with tracking and insurance.
We will notify you via email once your returned items have been received and inspected. If the items meet the return criteria specified above, your Credit Card will be refunded or your Store Credit will be available within 5 business days of receipt.
We do not offer exchanges. Because our products are produced in small batches, we can't guarantee that your desired exchange will be in stock. We suggest you place your new order separately and return the item in your possession for a full refund. If your product was received as a gift, we offer the same 7 day return period as long as the items(s) are in new condition. We’ll refund your gift return via Store Credit.
All items are guaranteed to be free from usable defect. Slight variation from product to product is to be expected due to the nature of our process and materials used. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Damage caused by normal use can be repaired with a minimal charge.
