Order Confirmation & Shipping

We will confirm your order within 24 hours of placing your order during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST). You will hear from us via e-mail. 

We do our best to indicate “Out of Stock” and “Lead Times” for each product, however shipment of your selection any Special Order items may take anywhere from a few days, to a few weeks, to a few months depending on the availability of the item. We will stay on contact with you via e-mail throughout the entire process.

All Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and should be at your door within 2-3 business days after they’ve shipped. International orders will also ship via USPS with expected delivery dates shown at Check Out.  International duty and charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. All orders will have the option to choose expedited shipping for an additional cost.

You will receive an e-mail containing your tracking number as soon as the label is printed. This information may take up to 12 hours to be available.

Once your order has shipped from Steurer & Co., its status will be available from the carrier.

All orders will be insured for their full value. Steurer & Co. will not be responsible for any items damaged or lost during transit. Any claims should be filed with the respective carrier.
